This session will include:
Session A: Teaching Instruments in a Class Setting
What is in the Cupboard? Explore your own instruments – find out what you have, what it is called and how to play it correctly.
Organising and Care: Setting the bar high and having good systems in place for all.
Not got what you need? – finding solutions with our support.
No money – No Problem: Using chairs, buckets and sticks and of course body percussion.
Session B: Music without Fear: Accessible Improvisation and Composition.
Developing an Inclusive Environment: Opportunities where children can take risks and achieve.
Strategies that Work: Creative steps into composing and how to support your team with one of the aspects of the National Curriculum teachers find most challenging.
